Where do you travel?
We're focused on Central and North Alabama, including Lewis Smith Lake, Lake Guntersville, and the other lakes and waterways on our Service Areas page. Travel availability and any applicable travel fees are confirmed with your estimate. If you're outside the main area, tell us about your project and we'll let you know.
Can you service my boat at a dock or marina?
In many cases, yes. We coordinate service at homes, docks, marinas, and storage locations where access and conditions permit. Some marinas have their own rules about outside service providers, so check with yours, and tell us the location when you request an estimate.
Do I need to provide water or electrical access?
It helps. Detailing and polishing work best with water and power nearby, and some installs need shore power or a charged battery. If you don't have either, say so in your request and we'll plan around it.
How do weather and access affect scheduling?
Rain, wind, heat, and cold affect polishing, coatings, and repairs, and we'll reschedule if conditions aren't right. Access matters too: gates, marina rules, and where the boat is parked can change the plan. We'll work it out with you when we schedule.
